- My daughter has been pulled out of public school and now does online school through a state program. She feels 100% better about herself and her education now that she doesn't have to deal with abusive teachers. About 3 weeks after we pulled her out, a girl committed suicide from her old school.

- What is even more important is that people who go to churches that are being led by people like this one - it's time to send the pastor packing! How can you sit under a pastor that says things like that? And for the Rep. who called out, "You lie!" to the President of the United States....

- it's a matter of respect don't you think? teaching our youth that they shouldn't respect the office of the president of the united states of america isn't very American is it? kids can make up their own minds on what they believe to be true or not if they're old enough to understand it all

- We did that, but the principal didn't want to do anything with it. I called the television station and they were considering it, but ended up declining. At first they said, bring me proof, but then I guess the decided to stay out of it. What a shame.

- I feel for you because I went through the same thing! The principal never really helped me it was like he was just appeasing me.

After taking a very long leave from Newsvine and missing it greatly I found myself today, typing in the once regular address into my browser to once again speak out in a manner that was quite often appreciated (by some) here within the "Vine." Those not appreciating my opinions …
